Privacy Policy
Trimark Marketing Group, Inc., a California corporation doing business as LimoVoice.AI (“LimoVoice.AI,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) operates the website limovoice.ai (the “Site”) and provides an AI-powered voice reservation and customer service platform for ground transportation operators (the “Service”). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices you have.
This Policy covers three groups of people:
- Site Visitors – anyone who browses limovoice.ai, submits a form, or calls our demo line.
- Customers – transportation companies that subscribe to the Service, and their staff.
- Callers – passengers and members of the public who call a phone number answered by the Service on behalf of one of our Customers.
If you are a Caller, please read Section 3 carefully. We process your information on behalf of the transportation company you called, and that company’s privacy practices also apply.
1. Information We Collect
1.1 Information you provide directly
- Contact and account information: name, company name, email address, phone number, mailing address, job title, and login credentials when you request a demo, create an account, or contact us.
- Billing information: payment card details and billing address. Card numbers are collected and stored by our payment processor, not by us.
- Configuration data: fleet details, pricing rules, service areas, business hours, greetings, FAQs, policies, and integration credentials you provide so the Service can operate for your business.
- Communications: messages you send us by email, chat, phone, or web form.
1.2 Information collected through the Service (Callers)
When the Service answers a call for a Customer, we may collect:
- Caller phone number (caller ID) and the number dialed
- Audio recordings and written transcripts of the call
- Information the Caller provides to complete a request, such as name, pickup and drop-off locations, dates and times, flight numbers, passenger count, vehicle preferences, and special instructions

- SMS messages sent to and received from the Caller
- Booking records created in the Customer’s reservation system
1.3 Information collected automatically

- Pages viewed, time on page, clicks, and similar usage data
- Cookies, pixels, and similar technologies (see Section 7)
1.4 Information from third parties
We may receive information from reservation and dispatch software providers our Customers connect to the Service, from payment processors (transaction status), and from business data providers used for sales and marketing.

AI processing. Call audio and transcripts are processed by automated speech recognition and large language model systems to understand requests and generate responses. We do not use Caller audio, transcripts, or personal information to train general-purpose AI models. We may use de-identified and aggregated data to improve the Service.
3. Notice to Callers
If you called a transportation company and spoke with an automated agent powered by LimoVoice.AI, the following applies to you:
- You were speaking with an AI. The agent is an automated system, not a human. The greeting is designed to disclose this at the start of the call.
- Calls are recorded and transcribed. Recording is disclosed at the start of the call. If you do not consent to recording, you may hang up and contact the company by another method.
- The transportation company controls your data. The company you called is responsible for deciding why and how your information is used. We process your information only as needed to provide the Service to that company and as described in this Policy.
- Requests about your data. To access, correct, or delete information collected during your call, contact the transportation company you called. You may also contact us at office@limovoice.ai and we will forward your request to the appropriate company or, where we are permitted, act on it directly.
- Text messages. If you receive SMS confirmations or follow-ups, reply STOP to opt out at any time. Message and data rates may apply.
4. How We Share Information
We do not sell personal information, and we do not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.
We share information with:
- Customers. Caller information, recordings, transcripts, and booking data are shared with the transportation company whose line you called.
- Service providers. Companies that help us operate the Service, including telephony and SMS carriers, cloud hosting, speech-to-text and AI model providers, payment processors, email and CRM platforms, analytics providers, and customer support tools. These providers are contractually limited to using information only to provide services to us.
- Reservation and dispatch software. When a Customer connects a third-party reservation system, booking data is transmitted to that system under the Customer’s account with that provider.
- Legal and safety. When required by law, subpoena, or court order; to protect the rights, property, or safety of LimoVoice.AI, our Customers, Callers, or the public; or to investigate fraud or security issues.
- Business transfers. In connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of all or part of our business.
- With your consent or at your direction.
5. Data Retention
- Call recordings and transcripts: retained for 90 days by default, or as configured by the Customer, then deleted or de-identified.
- Booking and account records: retained for the life of the Customer relationship and as required for accounting, legal, and dispute-resolution purposes thereafter.
- Marketing and Site data: retained until you opt out or the data is no longer needed.
Customers may request deletion of their account data upon termination, subject to our legal retention obligations.
6. Your Choices and Rights
6.1 All users
- Access, correction, deletion. You may request a copy of, correction to, or deletion of personal information we hold about you by emailing office@limovoice.ai. We extend these choices to all users regardless of where you live. We may need to verify your identity before responding, and we may decline requests that are unlawful, that would compromise another person’s privacy, or that relate to data we must retain.
- Marketing emails. Click “unsubscribe” in any marketing email or contact us. We will still send transactional and account-related messages.
- SMS. Reply STOP to any text message to opt out.
- Cookies. See Section 7.
6.2 California residents
California law requires us to disclose the following:
- Categories of personal information collected: identifiers (name, email, phone, IP address); commercial information (bookings, payment status); audio and electronic information (call recordings, transcripts, SMS); internet activity (Site usage data); geolocation-related information (pickup and drop-off addresses); and professional information (company, title).
- Categories of third parties we share with: those listed in Section 4.
- How to review and request changes to your information: email office@limovoice.ai.
- How we notify you of changes to this Policy: see Section 11.
- Do Not Track. Our Site does not currently respond to browser “Do Not Track” signals. We honor Global Privacy Control (GPC) signals as an opt-out of any sale or sharing of personal information; because we do not sell or share personal information, no further action is needed.
- No sale or sharing. We do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising, and we have not done so in the preceding 12 months.
- Non-discrimination. We will not discriminate against you for exercising any privacy right.
- Authorized agents. You may designate an authorized agent to make a request on your behalf. We may require proof of authorization.
- Shine the Light. California Civil Code §1798.83 permits California residents to request information about disclosures of personal information to third parties for their direct marketing purposes. We do not make such disclosures.
6.3 Other U.S. states
Residents of states with comprehensive privacy laws may have similar rights to access, correct, delete, and obtain a copy of their personal information, and to appeal a denied request. Submit requests to office@limovoice.ai. To appeal a decision, reply to our response with the word “Appeal.”
7. Cookies and Tracking Technologies
We use cookies and similar technologies for:
- Essential functions: keeping you logged in, remembering preferences, and securing the Site.
- Analytics: understanding how visitors use the Site (for example, Google Analytics).
- Advertising measurement: measuring the performance of our ads on platforms such as Meta, LinkedIn, and Google Ads, if used.
You can control cookies through your browser settings. Disabling cookies may affect Site functionality. Where we use advertising cookies, we will provide a consent or opt-out mechanism on the Site.
8. Security
We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information, including encryption in transit, access controls, and vendor security reviews. No system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. If we become aware of a breach affecting your personal information, we will notify you and the relevant Customer as required by applicable law.
9. Children
The Site and Service are intended for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact office@limovoice.ai and we will delete it.
10. International Users
The Service is operated in the United States. If you access it from outside the U.S., your information will be transferred to, stored, and processed in the U.S., where privacy laws may differ from those in your jurisdiction.
11. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Policy from time to time. We will post the revised Policy on this page with a new “Last Updated” date. For material changes, we will notify Customers by email or through the Service. Continued use after the effective date of changes means you accept the revised Policy.
